We may collect and store content you create or share, including livestream video and audio, recorded streams, chat messages, comments, profile information, reactions, and moderation submissions. Some of this may be publicly visible depending on your settings.
When you use the Services, we may automatically collect IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, session activity, timestamps, language settings, approximate location based on IP, crash data, and performance logs.
We may use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember preferences, maintain security, understand usage, measure engagement, and improve the user experience.
We may receive information from analytics providers, hosting providers, communications vendors, identity verification services, social login providers, fraud prevention providers, streaming infrastructure providers, and payment processors. We may combine this with information we collect directly.
We may use information to provide, maintain, and improve the Services; create and manage accounts; enable livestream broadcasting and viewing; support public profiles; process follows and subscriptions; send notifications; respond to support inquiries; authenticate users; prevent spam and fraud; moderate content; analyze usage; comply with legal obligations; and protect the rights and safety of Bridging Believers, our users, and the public.
When you sign up for text or email notices, you are requesting communications related to livestream start alerts, scheduled reminders, channel activity, account notices, service announcements, and optional marketing where permitted.
By providing a mobile number and opting in, you authorize Bridging Believers to send text messages for live-now alerts, reminders, security alerts, support follow-ups, and limited service updates. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not required to browse public portions of the Services. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
If you provide your email address, we may send stream alerts, account verification messages, password reset emails, support responses, service notices, and newsletters where permitted. You may unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time.
Even if you opt out of promotional communications, we may still send account notices, security notices, password resets, legal notices, critical service updates, and transactional messages related to your use of the Services.
You are responsible for providing valid and accurate contact information and keeping it current. We are not responsible for notices sent to outdated or incorrect information you provided.
Depending on your settings, the following may be publicly visible: username or display name, streamer or channel name, profile image, biography, livestream titles and descriptions, stream schedule, comments, reactions, and follower or engagement indicators. Please do not submit personal information you do not want visible to others. Content you make public may be copied or shared by others.
We may review, monitor, store, remove, or restrict content and account activity as necessary to operate the Services, investigate misuse, enforce our Terms, respond to legal requests, protect users and the platform, and detect fraud or unlawful conduct. We may use automated tools and human review to support moderation and safety.
Where required by applicable law, we rely on one or more legal bases to process personal information, including your consent, performance of a contract, our legitimate interests, compliance with legal obligations, protection of vital interests, and establishment or defense of legal claims. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent as permitted by law, although withdrawal will not affect prior lawful processing.
We do not sell your personal information in the ordinary sense. However, we may share information in the following circumstances:

We may disclose information to comply with law, respond to governmental requests, enforce our agreements, investigate fraud or security incidents, and protect the rights, safety, and property of Bridging Believers, our users, or others.
If Bridging Believers is involved in a merger, acquisition, asset sale, or similar transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.
We may share information when you direct us to do so or when you consent.
We may use cookies and related technologies for functionality, security, analytics, personalization, and service improvement. You may control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling certain cookies may affect functionality. Third-party analytics providers may also use cookies subject to their own policies.
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain accounts, send requested notices, preserve records, investigate misuse, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
